What I really would be for, stocks like they did in the city square 100 years ago. Give her a day in a set of those.

See now you're getting back to the problem we face here every day.

 

What do you do? We have had to cut programs b/c we have no money. We have had to close down units of our jails b/c of no money, the main county jail is so overcrowded we leased cells in Butler county to hold them and we just had to get out of that lease b/c we can't pay it any more.

 

This is all part of a MUCH larger problem.

 

The bottom line is she didn't get any preferential treatment, this kind of thing happens, and I'm serious, thousands of times every day across the country.

I have a problem with people getting special treatment in these type cases. One of the reasons that you see the same stars in trouble on a regular basis. If this was me you can bet that I would not be out in 84 minutes....I'd still be sitting there until sometime Monday I bet. She learns nothing from this and will contine to screw up.....wasting MORE of our tax dollars.

I get and agree with you about overcrowding of jails. What is the best way to solve the problem...I don't know. What I do know is when I get in trouble for something, I go to great links to not make the same mistake twice.

If everyone that was sentenced to prison or jail in this country served there full term, we'd have to use entire cities to house them.

 

Prison overcrowding is not just an excuse, most jails and prisons, especially in California are running at about 200% occupancy. They are unsafe already with how many extra people they have stuffed in them.

 

If all criminals were actually held to their sentence and made to serve the actual penalty, there wouldn't be an overcrowding problem. Criminals would think about the penalty before thumbing their nose at justice.

did you read any of my previous posts? you more than likely would be released the same way she was. I see this stuff every day, I'm not just making it up. Normal Joe Schmoe gets the same deals. It happens, it has to in todays prison and jail culture.
