Hornets have a nice, well coached, disciplined team....I like them a lot.

I love Warf, but the Dragons are just smoking people this season. I'd be shocked if they were not in the semis.

Metcalfe County plays dragon slayer in this one. Look for a low scoring affair. Disciplined defense wins. Metcalfe County 17 Green County 14.

If there is one thing going against Green County it's lack of big-game experience. Metcalfe County has played Mayfield for the region title the past two years. Green won a playoff game last week for the first time in several years. Last game was won by Green by eight. I'm picking Green but wouldn't be surprised to see the Hornets pull this one out.

If Metcalfe County plays like they did against Glasgow, i'll take them by a touchdown if not more then that. Metcalfe did an outstanding job stopping Glasgow running attack, better then anyone else this season.. even Green County. If they bring last weeks D to Green County.. they WILL pull this one off.

Metcalfe Co. 21-16.
