Serious Question?????

Featured Replies

Just saw "Live Free or Die Hard"......... Who would win Chuck Norris or John Mclain(Bruce Willis)

My vote is John Mclain............:fight:

You can't possibly think this is a "serious question", can you? In his day, Chuck Norris was one of the baddest men on the planet. He's got 30 years on me, and I wouldn't mess w/ him now.

Its not a serious question.......Its more like who would be the toughest man......if all of the things were real in their movies....and who has blown more things out of proportion..........You have to have seen Live Free or Die hard.........Its really a crack at both of these guys(although I really like the Die Hard Movies) for unbeleivable things they have done on the screen

My vote is Bear Gryllz. Oh I mean Chuck Norris. :thumb:

Chuck Norris.... hands down, no questions asked!

In a fight... Chuck Norris

In saving America or rescuing somebody ... John McClain

I would have to take Chuck Norris as well. Now that I think about it, I MAY have seen Invasion USA in theatres, my goodness that was over 20 years ago.

Super Shredder, hands down.

I have to be honest with everyone...I don't get the whole fascination over Chuck Norris and the phenomenon over him. The cartoons about his are NOT funny in the least bit.

As far as the question posed above, I would want McLain to win so he could end the Chuck Norris hysteria people seem to have.

I just finished reading "Nothing Lasts Forever". I didn't know it when I picked it up (in an auction box lot full of crime fiction books), but it was the book on which the original Die-Hard movie was made. Several plot changes, but it was obviously the source for Die-Hard.

If anyone is interested, first PM gets the book, free shipping. Otherwise it just gets tossed tomorrow night. Not that it was a bad book; I just don't have room for everything I've already read.

I thought I knew just about everything about this franchise. Your information and looking at IMDB. Just unbelieveable

This was based on a book by Roderick Thorp entitled "Nothing Lasts Forever" - a sequel to another book entitled "The Detective", which in 1968 was made into a film starring Frank Sinatra.
