Bellco93 Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 Should be a defensive struggle with these two. How do you guys see it?
The Breeze Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 When KC won the first time I felt the game would be much different if they played again, nothing has changed my mind. Rock will roll 21 to 7.
DADDY CAT Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 Rock will want to avenge the abberation from a few weeks ago. They'll want it more, and they'll get it.
KCsBiggestFan Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 Only if KC's Coach Mills puts the offense back like it was and stops trying to make it better. Don't break something that wasn't broke. The boys have tried telling him that but he doesn't want to listen. Sometimes it's best.

Seriously, what changes has he tried to install? It was and still is '' broke".

DADDY CAT Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 To deviate from the norm. Curious, odd, peculiar. Strange happening. a.i. "That was an aberration that the Rockets did not even score in a game against a team thay have owned for years.":D:thumb: (I mispelled it before. It was early.)
Bellco93 Posted November 5, 2007 Author Posted November 5, 2007 Has Coach Mills changed the offense or has he been forced to change it with all the injuries his team has suffered. Sometimes that makes you deviate from what seems to be working when you lose the very weapons that's making your offense go.
rockcastleraiders Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 If Rockcastle practices hard, prepares for this game well and gets HEALTY! they have a chance to win. This is still a Tom Larkey/Tony Saylor team, they will not lay down again. For a couple of weeks after that loss I began to believe that KC was a REALLY good team. When I watched them barely pull by Madison Southern and then look at the scores over the last 1.5 months, I came to realize that game was when Rockcastle was at their weakest physically and mentally. Don't get me wrong, Knox Central was the better team that night and the 15-0 beating they put on Rockcastle was real. I just don't see the Rockets laying two goose eggs to the same team twice in a season. Bishop looked good against Whitley, considering he just come back from his illness. I think he had about 50% passing and over 200 yards. Not bad for a kid with a serious illness in a vital organ Hayes is still a possesion RB. He just pounds the ball and pounds the ball at a team, then out of nowhere he has a 15-20-25 yard run (Friday a 98 yard run for example). There are no secrets about him, he will just wear a defense down. The lack of a good WR will hurt the Rock if they can't get the running game going. Knox Central is a good defense usually. They won't let you throw all over them, they wont let you run all over them. The Larkey bunch will have to find a way to mix it up. With all of that said, I pick Rockcastle by 5 points. Weird amount I know but weird things happen in the playoffs.
