If BC wins out they are in the NC regardless of what the pro-SEC people would like to think.

Call me crazy, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the national championship game will feature two 1 loss teams. If LSU wins out and wins the SEC, they will be the national championship team.

Boston College and Matt Ryan. LSU's offense is average at best, and I like BC over LSU.

I believe LSU should be in over BC. I also believe that if BC and Ohio St win out that BC deserves in over Ohio St.

SOS is just a huge difference between LSU and Boston College and Ohio St. Ohio St's schedule is embarrassingly weak. The last 2 years they played Texas out of conference. There is no doubt Ohio St deserved in, but this year I don't believe they do.

If BC goes undefeated, then they should be in the NC. No way should they not be in it if they go undefeated. I think LSU is the better team, but they lost, and you have to give it to the team who stayed undefeated all year in a BCS conference.

LSU no doubt deserves it over BC.

LSU will not jump an undefeated BC or OSU.

 

Not so sure on BC. Unlikely but not a definite especially if BC doesn't completely dominate their remaining weak opponents (redundant, I know).

 

If LSU wins out including winning the SEC championship, they're #1 or #2 in the country and should be in the game and would come into that game as the favorite.

I'm not sold on LSU as the next best 1 loss team. :sssh:

 

Do I think that Oregon can jump LSU if both win out? Probably not. Do I think they are better than LSU? I do, but its certainly debateable. If anything, I think Oregon's win today actually hurts both teams chances of jumping BC.

 

Beating teams you should beat, consistency throughout the season, should be rewarded.

OK, so what happened to USC? Michigan? Cal? and USF? They were all top 5 teams and what did they do? THEY ALL LOST. Ohio State is yet to do that. They beat a good Purdue team 23-7, and good Washington team 33-14, and a good Penn State team tonight in the craziest enviroment to play a football game 37-17. Of course, that isn't enough though.
