October 24, 200718 yr Kentucky IMO, is a top 15 team in the country. They have a good offense and a pretty solid D. Of these teams, who could Kentucky beat, who could they lose to.. 1. Ohio State 2. Boston College 3, Oklahoma 4. Oregon 5. Arizona State 6. West Virginia 7. Virginia Tech 8. USC 9. USF 10. Kansas 11. Missouri 12. Hawaii 13. Texas 14. Cal 15. Michigan IMO they could play with all of those teams but they would have trouble with a lot of them. IMO it would be hard for them to play with Ohio State, Oregon, West Virginia, USC, Missouri, and Michigan. Maybe some others too. What do you guys think..
October 24, 200718 yr The way I see it, Kentucky can put points on the board against any defense, so teams that are strong defensively and perhaps limited offensively flatter Kentucky, the way LSU did.
October 24, 200718 yr I think if records and previous losses weren't included in the rankings they would be a top 10 team. Maybe, the 10th team, but definitely one of the tops in the country. THey have proved that they can play with anyone consistently. But, then again records and when you lose will always be a factor in the polls, and maybe rightfully so. Just hope we finish somewhere in the top 12 or so. What a statement for UK.

October 24, 200718 yr I'd say they'd almost definitely beat USF, Michigan, and Missouri. OSU and Oklahoma would be tough, but possible, although they definitely would be the favorites. Oh, and I say we'd beat WVU, when's the last time they beat a really good team? Not saying they haven't just can't remember when. NO way they'd slow us down, and I think although they'd get alot of yards and scores, we're used to playing top talent and speed, and we'd make enough plays to win. Slaton or White one always seem to come up short in the clutch.

UM would be tough because they would have a very hard time with Mike Hart. And Missouri also because Chase Daniel is very good.

Oregon is very good. Michigan's O is pretty good too. Henne and Hart are very solid. OSU, their D would decide the game. USF could beat UK IMO. And Missouri would be tough. All would be good games.

There is a lot of parity this year IMO. I think KY is without a doubt in the top 15 and honestly good enough to be top 10. Their offense is going to score on anybody and their defense can make plays at times. Their offense is good enough to keep them in about any game and they usually protect the football.

I agree with a couple of those, and disagree with a few as well..I agree UK would have a hard time with Oregon, and WVU because that dang spread gives UK all kinds of problems, just look at the Florida game...However I dont see where you think UK would have a hard time playing with OSU, Missouri, and Michigan..All of those games are games UK would match up pretty darn good with... So other than Oregon and WVU. (Who I think UK could beat, but would have the hardest time with.) I think UK would definitely play with all of them and have a great chance to win those games...
