October 24, 200718 yr Notre Dame, U of L, Nebraska. You could add Cal in there too. Got there star WR and QB back this season, Jackson hasn't played CLOSE to what he can and Cal has lost 2 in a row and lost all hopes for a NC bid.

They have Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, and Texas A&M left. I see them losing 1 maybe 2 of those games.

They should win at least 5-6 a year!A correlation between this past year's recruiting class and record (for any team, means little to nothing). If any team is relying upon a Freshman, then their lack-of-performance should speak for itself. Claussen was playing not because he was ready to play, just because they had no other person in front of him. Most of the respected analysts picked ND to win between 5-7 games. 5 is still a possibility (a long one). It should not be much of a shock as many are making it out to be that they are 1-7 thus far. Relatively speaking, I think Nebraska, Texas, and Michigan have really been a dissapointment.
October 25, 200718 yr I agree with all the teams listed. I think UofL is the biggest and I think people thought ND would be down but not this bad. I think Michigan still has a chance to show up late but they were a major bust too!

Louisville has been the biggest shocker of them all. A lot of anaylists didn't even give them .500, but I at least thought that they would be competitive even if they lost several of the games. Going into the year I would have been happy with any bowl appearance. Now 4 wins would fell pretty good, not sure that even that will happen.
