Would Chad be one of the top 5 receivers if he played w/ Tavaris Jackson as his QB and no other WR threat? Doubtful. Carson and Chad make each other better period.

 

Anyone who throws a punch at a coach at halftime of a game and is allowed to play in the second half of that game will probably think he will never be disciplined by those coaches. That's the problem. I don't have a problem w/ how hard he works or how good of a player he is. I have a problem that he's more worried about dancing and jumping into the dog pound than winning football games.

 

And you know that for sure how??? He has even said he is not going to do anymore celebrating right now, because there is nothing to celebrate since they are not winning. The whole thing about him caring about other things more than winning, is a bunch of crap...

Well if he listen to his interview he even says he is not celebrating anymore until they start winning, because right now it would be pointless to celebrate because there is nothing to celebrate about..I mean if actually look at the past, last year when we had that losing streak, we didn't see him doing any side shows to the game. When have been winning we see him doing other things, and when we are not he doesn't. I think that does kinda of show he cares very much about winning..

Any person who has ever played football in their life is upset if they come up 1 yard short from a touchdown. There was no guarntee that we would still score after we got down to that one yard line...Everyone who has ever played football has that selfish side to them. If you have a game and you dont do to much, but your team wins. Yeah you are happy as heck that you won, but you would wish you could have done more to help in that win. Everyone who has ever played football thinks like that, and if they say they never have it is a lie. Most people if they came up one yard short after a nice little catch and run, would have been upset that they couldn't get in that endzone. The only difference is most people keep it inside that they are upset about, Chad just shows it though. Being upset and pouting b/c you had a celebration pre planned (Go Daddy) are different. I know everyone wants to score, the difference is a lot of people want the team to score just as bad. They were at the 1 yard line he should have been worrying about run blocking on 1st down.

Thanks for bringing Harrison into the topic. Harrison has never wanted attention. He would go to Minnesota and not put up nearly the same numbers, but I doubt he would grasp for attention. Chad does it to make money and market himself. Chad knew before halftime that palmer wouldn't be back. He blew up at halftime when they were winning b/c the ball wasn't being thrown his way. Is that a good way for one of your "leaders" to act when they were winning a home playoff game?

Let me put it as plain as I can. If he completely cared about winning, he would extend his arms when he is playing through traffic across the middle. He cares about making plays, as long as he doesn't have to risk pain. He has a ton of talent, however, he is about 80% the player that he should be.

Haha nice way into trying to twist words around..I think him wanting the ball so he can try to help his team do as good as they possibly can, after their star QB gets hurt. Shows he is a guy that wants to do everything to help out when the team has their backs against the wall...

Most of his career he has caught the passes across the middle..Yeah last year after he took that big hit against Cleveland, for a couple of games there he started to short arm some stuff..But watch alot of his routes he runs, especially that timing route in the middle of the field him and Palmer do all the time. He usually jumps up between 3 people and catches the ball, and then he protects himself from getting the big hit..More times than not in his career he has caught the passes across the middle, than he has short armed passes. Chris Henry probably has short armed more passes in 2 years than Chad has his whole career...
