I like Francona. He handles this club well, seems very forthright in post-game interviews and seems to understand the flow of the game.

Agreed Neer..Both bad calls.I have the split screen going with the Steelers game.....Come on Bronco's and Sox:thumb:

3 outs to go.....That slider for strike 2 just wasn't fair. Nice play by Ellsbury. 4 Rookies have come up big for the Sox tonight.

3 outs to go........(I wish there was a nervous/excited smilie)

Wow....By the way, regardless of who wins and the Sox certainly are in control, I believe advantage goes to this winner on Wed.

Rockies have all the days off and inter-squad, can't simulate all game conditions. It will be interesting and just another reason, to love Baseball.

That was nasty:thumb:

That didn't make any sense, the announcers said that this is the 8th time Boston has been involved in a 7th game winner take all situation and they are 3-5. Wouldn't that make this the 9th time?

Look who's announcing.:irked:

Does anyone else besides me hate when Fox broadcasts any baseball game.
