October 19, 200719 yr Connecticut 1-0 5-1 Rutgers 2-1 5-2 Cincinnati (23) 1-1 6-1 South Florida (2) 1-1 6-1 West Virginia (9) 1-1 5-1 Louisville 1-1 4-3 Syracuse 1-2 1-6 Pittsburgh 0-1 2-4 This thing is Wide Open Now! I would say that its WV now, but they have lost to USF and if USF goes perfect the rest of the way, they will end up infront of WV. Could UL or UC win the Big East? What about Rutgers??? What are your guys thoughts?
October 19, 200719 yr That stupid loss to Syracuse killed U of L. They would be looking pretty good right now if they were 2-0 and heading into a winnable game tonight.

October 19, 200719 yr I think the U of L has a good shot, people were jumping off the bandwagon left and right but they have as good a shot as anyone now.

If U of L were going to lose to a Big East team, Syracuse was a good one, IMO...the orange won't be in contention so the Cardinals won't have to worry about a tie-breaker with them occurring. The fact is, U of L controls it's own destiny. I think they're in great shape to win the Big East if the Cincy game was any indication that they've turned the corner.
October 19, 200719 yr If UL can regain their lost mojo..................they win out to take the Big East.
