October 17, 200719 yr A little more in-depth look: Brohm 4-3, 201/297 (68%), 2,765 yds, 13.8 ypc, 9.3 ypa, 23 TD's, 4 INT's 6-1, 156/245 (64%), 1,786 yds, 11.5 ypc, 7.3 ypa, 21 TD's, 4 INT's Woodson A little further into the #s. Woodson has 3 rushing TDs and Brohm also has a rushing TD.
October 17, 200719 yr Author Right now i see Andre and the front runner. Hart is a stellar athlete but his TEAM struggled early Brohm same thing as hart McFadden not so hot last week Harell has a tough schedule in front of him and might not play so hott Mr. Woodson has a team 6-1 and just beat the no.1 team.....ding ding ding Hart has helped Michigan win 5 in a row, yeah they lost to App State and Oregon but Hart has kept his numbers huge. U of L is 4-3 with 5 games left. If they win out they would be 9-3. I don't see why Brohm wouldn't be up for the Heisman having U of L win their last 6 games. McFadden played down last week but he has more rushing yards at this point then he did last season at this point. Harrell does have a tough schedule ahead of him, he has Missouri, Colorado, Baylor, Texas, and Oklahoma. Harrells stats last season against his next 5 opponents, 168 of 256 - 1,840 yards - 13 TD's - 8 INT's.

He's no different than the last 4 TTU qbs.
October 17, 200719 yr Author I'd be shocked to see Harrell in the top 4. He's no different than the last 4 TTU qbs. If he keeps Texas Tech unbeaten and can throw for close to 50 TD's, which it looks like he will do, then you never know. Same with Brennan.
October 17, 200719 yr This week is huge IMO between Tebow and Woodson. They both without a doubt are around the top. Woodson constantly puts KY in good plays checking off and has led them to a place that nobody expected. Tebow is Tebow. Like him or not there is nobody in the nation that can do what he does against the best competition. McFadden is the freak but Ark's record will hurt him I think.

I think the record is going to hurt him too unless he just gets off vs WVU etc and they win the Big East. Then he will put himself back close depending on what the other guys do. He is a top 5 guy IMO but I think Louisville's letdown this year has hurt him.
October 17, 200718 yr If he keeps Texas Tech unbeaten and can throw for close to 50 TD's, which it looks like he will do, then you never know. Same with Brennan. The difference is that TT will at least play some competition, ... same can't be said for Hawaii. Getting big numbers against the 'Sisters of the Poor Community College' is different than playing in the Big 12.
October 17, 200718 yr McFadden's stats through the first 6 games last year - 107 rushes, 628 yards, 6 TD's. The difference - Arkansas was 5-1 with wins against Alabama and Auburn. McFadden's worst game - 9 rushes for 42 yards and no TD's in a 14-50 loss to USC. Best game - 20 rushes for 184 yards and 2 TD's in a 20-0 win against Utah State. McFadden's stats through the first 6 games this year - 147 rushes, 822 yards, 7 TD's. The difference - Arkansas is 3-3, lost to Kentucky, Alabama, and Auburn. McFaddens worst game through the first 6 - 17 rushes for 42 yards and no TD's in a 7-9 loss to Auburn. Best game - 33 rushes, 195 yards, and 2 TD's in a 38-31 loss to Alabama. Thanks for the breakdown BB. I'm very aware of the teams record and that's why I posted. I'm anxious to see how he does the remainder of the year.

Arkansas is 3-3 and they have a pretty tough schedule left. They have Ole Miss, Florida International, South Carolina, Tennessee, Miss. State, and LSU.
