October 2, 200718 yr Oh yeah...I remember that! Resisting arrest is O.K. now. Just after the arrest, coach Rich Brooks said the resisting-arrest charge might have been "a little exaggerated." link
October 2, 200718 yr ^ He did punish Spillman when it happened......he used the four letter word with Krag's on the sidelines....bad deal... **********************on a side note*************************** I have found out today that Stripling may have been caught with the lettuce...more info later. I just don't get it. I mean, I understand the notion that "there is a time and a place for everything and it's called college", plus a lot of these guys are influenced by the big sports stars who are oh-so-oft caught with the green, but dont these guys realize that it's just too big of a risk? Seriously, being around it at parties is one thing but carrying it around is just too stupid. College athletes have to keep their priorities straight... there's plenty of time for partying when they get to the NFL.

Too many bright, young kids go off the path and they don't realize how hard it is to get back on the right path once you've veered.
October 2, 200718 yr Rich Brooks also UK was as good as USC. What do you expect him to say...he has to say that. He is a head coach, if he does not say that then people would say the head coach has no confidence in his own players!! Are they better than University of Southern Cal. No.
October 3, 200718 yr Howie Lindsay reported on the Red and Blue Review tonight that Mr. Spillman suffers from Keshawn Johnson disease. Hope that clears up some things.
