I am not a doctor and I don't even watch CSI....but why do you cut into a guy's face for an autopsy. There aren't any vital organs there. You go through the skull to get to the brain and the rest are in the body's core.

Sounds like a bogus story to me.

How long til the law suit? Actually nevermind it's not in the U.S so it probably won't happen.

Well I bet you she was planning on finding another man, until she found out he was alive still :D

More scary for the patient or the doctor?

I would say scarier for the doctor. Think about it, you are cutting open a guy's face that you think is dead, and boom, he starts bleeding and wakes up. I would not want to be a mortition anymore after that. I would be scared that all the corpses would wake as soon as I cut their faces open.

How in the world did they think that the man was dead....

Your heart can beat very slowly, and you could breath just enough to let you live, but no one detect that you are breathing or your heart is beating.

That depends on the types of injuries sustained to the person. You'd be surprised at some of the things that are done during an autopsy...

There's a Steven King short story about this...can't remember the title but it appears in Everything's Eventual.

There is a certain kind of fish that you can eat that causes symptons resembling death (I know :D). Your heart and breathing slow almost to a stop.

I think that I married this woman.....
