Speaking of MODS is there any way a MOD could pin the five regional contests to the top of the page at least until game day so we can find them quickly to make our predictions and check on competitors?

 

We weighed the pros and cons of doing so, and at this time the regional contests (and other contests) will be throughout the first couple of pages of the forum and not a "sticky." We try to keep the "stickys" to a minimum. However, all the contest moderators do our best during the week to bump the contest to the top of the forum if they are being lost in the fray of threads.

I agree wholeheartedly, sometimes I think we take things for granted on here and even though we say things with tongue in cheek, we have to remember that those guys are on here to maintain the integrity of this site. This is a full time business for the Guru and his Mods and several things go on behind the scenes we have no clue about.

 

I can fully appreciate a site like this because I am a High school sports junkie like most of you others. Keep up the great work Mods and Guru, we love it.

Mods are like Refs/Umps.....I sometimes "respectfully disagree" with the call...but always agree it would be chaos without them. Thanks gang!..........................is that a good enough "suck-up" for the things I'll post about CovCath this week-end??? (LOL)

bugatti nailed most of it.

 

Last year we tried a Contest Forum that was a one stop shopping center for contests but our members prefer the contests in their respective forums.

 

Also, as bugatti said, if we pinned all of the contests to the top of the forum there would be way too many there.
