This is one painful game to listen to. Both teams have combined for 2 first downs. Ashland has more penalty yards than they do total yards. :eek:

Well this was expected to be somewhat of a close game between two struggling teams and it looks to be coming true. BTW anyone know if the Lawrence/Sheldon Clark game is online?

How in the world did they score two TD's in the last 5 seconds of the half?

Ironton blocked a punt and recovered at the 5 and scored with 0:15 sec. Ashland fumbled after the kick off and Ironton scored again

Well just came home from the game @ the end of the 3rd quarter it was 20-0.

Not a good game from Ashland. They had the ball on Ironton's 35 and it was 4th and 2. In high school you go for it but we punted for 12 yards. Ironton came down and scored. Well Ironton scored at the end of the half. It was 7 seconds to go and instead of trying to throw a long pass or take a knee, Coach Hart choose to run a sweep and the Ironton guy stripped the ball and went in for a touchdown.

Wow, How does two schools like Ironton and Ashland have bad years in the same year. I really thought Ashland would run away with this game.

I heard this alot this week and I really didnt understand this.

Ashland is just not very good this year. Russell will roll through this team with reckless abandon.

Sad, but probably true. Ashland could be looking at a 2 win season tops. I don't think that's happened since the Holtzapfel years. :cry:
