What kinda team does Bethlehem have? I know they won their district last year but also heard they lost all sorts of players. Are they fast? Are they big? Do they lean more towards the run or pass? Who's their go to players?

They lost everybody. They return only 3 players with significant game experience.

They are not particularly fast.

They are very, very small.

They have been 75% pass and 25% run the first two games.

As I am sure the scouting report will reflect, their primary weapon is all-purpose man Blake Stanley, #4.
