August 31, 200719 yr I assume you have never had it.... it is great Birdie. You cut off the corn and scrap the cob to get all the juices. Add some sugar, salt and pepper some water, then fry in a skillet with butter...YUM. Nope, that's a new one on me.

August 31, 200719 yr I don't have any specific menus...but I do 100% of the cooking around my house. I tend to make it a bit of an event every night....I usually take around two hours to fix dinner, the items vary from panko crusted halibut, to rubbed chicken, to roasted tenderloin, crab, etc...

Sounds good Rock. I do about 80% of ours and I love to cook. I love the prep and everything except the clean up. My wife does that.
