What about Manns & Wilson from Corbin? Both of these players showed great potential last year IMO. Good to see someone from Williamsburg on your list. Heard that Teague was 6'8 and only 15? Steven Taylor from Williamsburg looked good last year also.

NOT close to being fact IMO. Day is better than St. John, but neither one will be the best post player in the Region. Johnson-Cumberland, Crawford-Corbin and Brumback-Jackson County are all better and can play other positions on the floor also.

I agree.

Perhaps he's looking at Crawford and Johnson more as forwards, since they do play out on the floor.

 

I'd definitely rank Day and Brumback ahead of St. John with Caldwell and Wilson also in the picture.

 

Wilson and Manns are good players, but they weren't starters last year.

Unless Teague has grown alot since late June, I would say he is about 6'5 1/2 to 6'6 at the most. He does have some potential. I think if he starts out the game with a good move or has some success early then he plays well throughout the contest. If things do not go his way early in a game I think he gets his head down and kinda floats around. Wilson would be in the next group of promising players along with a host of others throughout the region. Taylor can be a nice player when he keeps his emotions in check. It will be interesting to see how these young players develop over the course of the season.

I talked to the Teague kids parents and they said he was a solid 6'7 but he is kinda skinny. I would agree with crawford bein the best in the region followed by Johnson.
