NES

Alright children of the 80's, and those who weren't that still played it, who here played and loved their NES?

What games did you have and what were your favorites?

Do you still have it? Does it still work? Did you have the Zapper, R.O.B., the Power Pad, the Power Glove?

Sound off!

I still have mine and it still functions. Although it is a headache to get some of the games to work now.

I had the Zapper and the Power Pad and I have a ton of the games that were mine and belonged to a bunch of my friends who no longer have theirs.

Not sure what my favorite game of all was though. The Mega Man games, Blaster Master and the Mario Brothers games definitely rank at the top for me.

I never had any of the extras.

But my favorite games were:

Golf

R.C. Pro Am

Contra

Both Tecmo Bowls

Tecmo Baseball (Wesley hit a home run every time)

I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow out the bottom of my cartridge just to get it to work!

Let's see, my favorites include:

Super Mario Bros

Mike Tysons Punch Out

The Mega Mans

Tetris

The Castlevanias

Metroid

The TMNTs

...and most definitely my favorite NES game would be the original Final Fantasy... although at the time we got it I wasn't a fan... too complicated and a bit too much reading for a 4 year old.

As did I! I never could beat Mike.

Those were the days, back when you actually felt like you accomplished something when you beat a game.

To this day I don't know a single person that ever managed to beat Battletoads or Blaster Master.

RBI 3

Legends of the Diamond

All the Marios & Zeldas

Dragon Warrior

GI Joes

Ninja Turtles

and yes, I still have mine.....

Still have mine, works on 1st try everytime, I've currently got it listed on ebay though.

Double Dribble was a great game. I played Paperboy a lot, too.
