This may sound crazy, but I think that Markie Krebs may be the best shooter on the team. The question is is he quick enough to play at that level. He'll have to be lights out in preseason, but he can shoot.

You're right. It sounds crazy... :p

If you're playing Stevenson and Patterson on the floor together, Stevenson is the 5.

They are interchangeable depending on who the opponent is.

Porter is the best deep shooter on the team, and BCG places a high value on those type players. I think he'll see about 15 minutes a game...
Something else he places a high value on is big man shooting outside of the paint.

One thing those two players aren't are interchangeable. Their games couldn't be more different (within the reasonable realm of power forwards.)

PG - Bradley

SG - Legion

SG - Meeks

SF - Crawford

C - Patterson

He has 3 spots to fill for 08-09...

One is not more of a Center than the other.

I think that while Stevenson is undersized, he has a much better chance of playing back to the basket and being successful.

Patterson said he didn't want to play center...

Id start a four guard line up of Bradlely, Meeks, Legion, Crawford, and Patterson in the middle. Imo these are the best players on the team and if they run a run and gun style of offence and press alot it would give them the best chance to win.

I agree and add Jasper/Stevenson/Carter/Stewart or Harris also getting good minutes....Really don't see Porter, Williams or Stewart/Harris getting much PT, but, I could be wrong... It'll be interesting to see if Harris or Stewart step up and which of these see some minutes...Really don't see both getting many...

Starters should be...Bradley,Meeks,Crawford,Patterson,Stevenson (Revised)

With Legion, Stewart, Harris, and Jasper as main guys off the bench

Starting Lineup:

PG - Ramel Bradley

SG - Jodie Meeks

SF - Joe Crawford

PF - Patrick Patterson

C - Perry Stevenson

Bench (in order of playing time):

SG - Alex Legion

PG - Derrick Jasper

C - Jared Carter

F - A.J. Stewart

PG - Michael Porter

SF - Ramon Harris

C - Mike Williams

SF - Dwight Perry

PF - Mark Coury

SG - Mark Krebs (don't know him)

We don't have a bad second team if you look at it:

PG - Porter

SG - Legion

SF - Jasper

PF - Stewart

C - Carter
