Now will Billy D. leave while he is at the top of his college game, like Pitino? Orlando would have to be very tempting for sure.
May 16, 200719 yr Geographically, Orlando would be numero uno.....plus they are a young team. If he doesn't jump to the Magic then he stays until this job comes open again.........No way he goes to Miami if that job opens up.....
May 16, 200719 yr Donovan signs Lucas on Monday. Donovan signs Patterson on Wednesday. In the near future he jumps to the league. Florida agrees to the standard LOI release for the players, which includes no release to conference teams. Not because Florida cares so much about basketball, but basically as a gut punch for all the talk that Kentucky could take their coach anytime they wanted. Have I missed something? Who was running around saying we could take Florida's coach anytime we want to? I think a lot of people were saying that they thought we would offer a good deal that would get us Donovan, but I dont think its something UK fans have been holding over Floridas head.

When Lucas signed my first post was by the time he is a junior he will have a new coach. Billy D will not hang around college ball forever. I honestly believe if he had the intention of college, he would have went to UK. But he knows were he wants to be.
