He is horrible and needs to go....The guy just doesn't have it anymore. I would much rather see Livingston or Sarloos pitch than this bum. I don't care what your paying him if he can't pitch he can't pitch.. Bring up Livingston and pay him $300,000 and get some wins instead of knowing the Reds are going to lose everytime Milton starts.....The guy is a JOKE!!!!!!!

Is he overpaid? Based on his production, you'd have to say yes.

 

Is he terrible as a 5th starter? No; but again, he's getting a lot more than 5th starter money.

 

Will a few more 5+, 4ER, 10-hit outings have management looking to move Bailey to the show? Time will tell.

No-one will want to take on that kind of contract. He is 15-24 as a Red as MixALot said. They will have to cut him to get rid of him because no team wants that kind of contract if the player is not going to produce.
