In some conversations that I have had there are about 15 that applied and they were wanting to see what teaching positions opened up to set up interviews. So it is not a coach thing for sure. I also know the admin. seems to feel unfairly accussed of wanting the program to tank but I do not know much about the admin or what they have or have not done.

Interest in the position is not the reason that Berea has not made a move yet. Not sure why they have not made a move yet....

I know one coach that was offered the position. I think the hesitation is more on the part of the coaches, being that Berea is not in a district for next year.

Any other open jobs this late?

Carroll is still open. They have about nine to ten applicants. Anyone interested should still apply! It is a great opportunity to prove you can rebuild a program.

Carroll is filled!! Coach Weedman takes over the Panthers

Morgan County is still open and accepting applications, however, they are also setting up interviews for late this week. Some very good interest has starting spring up in the last little bit. A new coach will be named within 2 weeks, but they are still accepting applicants and will conduct interviews.

That's good to hear, Nets. Morgan County seemed to be making good strides under their previous coach over the last couple of years. Hopefully the new coach can build on that progress and have more success!

Franklin Co.

Dennis Ledford was named last Monday as the Head Coach at Franklin County.

I heard Waggner reopened!

Newport is open.

Henderson Co. is open.

What is the latest on Morgan County?
