This is a very good move. :thumb: He sure falls in love with the hard straight stuff...and they've made him pay.

I don't know if I've ever seen this guy before. :lol: He has pitched with Cleveland, Mets and Rangers. He is 5-5 with a 5.54 in 16 career starts. The Reds love facing the mediocre journeyman pitchers. How funny is that everyone is killing the ball and Dunn hits a weak grounder. Maybe 2nd time through the order, the hard hit ball will find holes.

I agree, that is something the Reds are known for this year. I think the 2nd time through the order, the Reds break through and show why Backitch has a career ERA well over 5.
