March 31, 200719 yr We have a rebuilt website: www.saghollow.com Mike Mason, a friend of mine, and a member of our course, has worked on this for weeks now. He has put quite a bit of additional information on the site, as well as photos. We have a lot in the works. Our clubhouse, a log structure with 3600 square feet, should be finished in a few weeks. The cart paths are nearly finished. The sand bunkers are completed. The fairways are looking great. And the greens are presently being punched and sanded. The fairways in the latest pictures are still dormant and brown coming out of the winter weather, but are greening up every day now, and should be totally green in a few weeks. Everyone in the area is getting EXCITED!!
April 1, 200719 yr The people in this area have worked hard and have built a beautiful and CHALLENGING Course. The scenery itself is worth the trip to play it,but this course will challenge the best of you. Number 7 might be the most scenic and beautiful golf hole on any course I have ever played. I think they have May 1st as the opening date,so any of you who want a new experience on a golf course should come visit us..I'll guarantee you'll be back a for more!!!

April 4, 200719 yr Sag Hollow, didn't ever think we'd ever have a golf course in Owsley County. This is no 9 holes you have ever played, just the beauty of it is worth the trip. I really like how it has that look, where u don't even know they built it, it fits perfect! I really urge any golfers or people wanting to see something nice, to come see and play.
April 5, 200719 yr The pictures look great. Can't wait to play this course. It looks like it would be a beautiful trip just to drive a cart around it and observe the scenery, even if you didn't play golf.

Just not the golfer, but people who want to see something amazing!:thumb:
April 11, 200719 yr Looks like the cart paths are pretty well done....and the club house just needs a roof!! Ready to go before long!!!
April 12, 200719 yr I drove up to the course today. Everything is looking good. By opening day all should be well.
April 18, 200719 yr I faced the demon today and it won. The course is beautiful and was a lot of fun. I'm probably going to join it. As my father always said, "Big Time". Unfortunately, someone owes me for a lot of donated balls I left on the course because I was a little rusty and the "A" game wasn't there. Almost saw a hole in one on a hole. If anyone finds a Calloway it's mine. Go play this course. If you don't play it, just look at it. Really nice.
April 18, 200719 yr Professor, you need to get 4-5 groups of BGP'ers to come down and play. I'd be in for sure! Looks great!

Your 'A' game and my 'A' game each have something in common...the 'A' stands for awful!!! Looking forward to following you around!!! I always look to the right hand side of the fairway when playing behind you..that's where the golf balls usually land!!!
