Coach Morris will probably be back at bell where his farm and wife are, teaching, but not coaching!

Lively will not leave Powell, he has done a great job there and is making good money there too.

One can only imagine how many of the PCC players will transfer to Hazard.

From what I usderstand it will be a short wait. That's unfortunant. I think Whitaker has done a good job.

I hate to see Holland go he is the face of Perry basketball. I think they should give it to Campbell. He is hard working and has paid his dues. He is one of the very few coaches to actually play college basketball and be an assistant at one.

Holland has been fired by the superintendent of Perry co. schools. This is much due to the first round loss in district. From what I've heard, the SI gave a heads up to coach Holland to play a "couple" players in relation to himself. In return coach Holland started this "couple" of players and played them throughout the game, this helped Buckhorn beat a very good PCC team by 33 pts. in the first round of the 54th. Holland is going to Hazard, fact. $70-80,000

You heard wrong. Coach Holland had not been fired and as for the District game with Perry:

 

PCC starting 5 was: Stacy, Bailey, Kelley, J. Amis and Dmitri Travis which is the same line-up they started toward the end of the season when they started playing their best ball. The other player that you are speaking of did play, but very little and alot of his minutes came when the game was pretty much already decided.

Coach Campbell is a great guy and has been around basketball for a long time. Just don't know if he is ready to take a job as a first year coach in such a high profile job, with all the pressure that will be put on him to win. He is too nice of a guy to get put in this kind of situation, if I were him, I would stick to the assistant role or go get one of the other lower profile jobs open in the region to get some head coaching experience before he takes on this monster of a job! Just my opinion. That and .50 will get you a coffee at McD's.

Rumor has it the next Coach of Perry County Central will be Randy Napier! Can you say WOW! A reliable source has said that he has talked to the powers that be and said he would give up his girls team and take the job and would give his job to Misty McAlarnis. I don't think there is no way this will happen, but people are telling me different. Should all be coming out in the next couple of days.

Al Holland at any school in the 14th is scary if you play in the 14th. Will do an excellent job at Hazard and as for the PCC job, who would want it!! If they fired one of the top coaches in the region over the last 10 years because of a subpar year and disagreement over a player by administration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
