And you are wrong. Watch it at full speed and it was AT LEAST a second. Likely more...

I agree. Its not OOB when its over the sideline. It has to touch something. Now, if I'm A&M, I argue that the official blew his whistle before it touched OOB and, thus, 1.1 should not have been taken off the clock.
