I feel with the way Morris played down the stretch if he was back, then a solid PG like Lucus could make this team really dangerous.

This team had several games where they were around 20 turnovers, with Patterson and no Lucas I think it would be that same.

Guard play controls NCAA basketball. So I'm going out on a limb and saying Lucas.

Patterson. We need depth in the post.

We NEVER have any depth in the post.

We always have height.

7 footers galore...but most get pushed around to easy and can't transition back down the court quick enough to play defense.

Patterson, for reasons stated above.

Well 2 months ago I would have said Patterson for sure. However I have recently changed my mind, and I believe having a true pg like Lucas would be the best thing for the team. However it would be even better to just have both...

As our roster stands at this point in time, we definitely need Lucas more. We need a point guard who can control the tempo of the game. Morris is dominate inside, and adding Lucas could push UK over the hump once again.

Patterson.

Patterson.

I really dont think we will get just 1. I think we will either get both or neither so it doesnt really matter.

This is such a hard one because we need both so badly. However, I had to go with Lucas on this. Its funny that I think Patterson would be the better pickup, but as for needing the most I went with Jai. Reason being guard play dictates college basketball, and a backcourt of Lucas/Meeks in a couple years or even next year could be brillant. We all know what Delonte West and Jameer Nelson got done at St. Joes a few years back, and that is just one of many examples of a solid backcourt duo. Furthermore, we need scoring in a bad way. Its like no one on the team can consistently score, or even have the potetntial to be a consistent scorer other than Morris, Crawford, Meeks, and sometimes Bradley. If we did only land Lucas I think we would be better fit after Crawford and Bradley leave than we would with just Patterson. In other words I feel Perry Stevenson can give us more than what Jasper can, so in the case Lucas is most needed. Then again like said we need both very badly, and with the lack of depth down low, in all actuality we need both the same, and that is desperately need them. Thus makes this thread too hard to call.
