You honestly think he can't play in the nba? You can't be serious. They are very different levels but he is playing at a level that only a handfull of players in college are playing at.

Lofton is more athletic than Reddick was. He can do more off the dribble and on defense. Lofton is also much stronger.

Anywho Reddick is one of the BEST players to EVER come out of the ACC and I do not think Lofton will be one of the best to ever come out of the SEC...So I would say JJ is by far a better college player and what is JJ doing in the NBA this year...Exactly...

Right now its JJ no question. But Chris still has a year left and could change that. Chris is stronger and more athletic than JJ and JJ had the advantage of playing on a much better team with a dominant big man in Williams. They have similar styles but you can't say that they are the same player. Just because JJ is struggling doesn't mean that Chris will. He will be on a different team and in a different situation.

I didnt say the guy would leave after this yr...I simply said he will "Test the Waters" just to see what he has to work on to play at the next level. I talk to the guy weekly and even though he hasnt said anything to me personally about going Pro after this season, i think he will at least go and get evaluated by a few teams. And the draft will be loaded next yr with Guards so if he wanted to come out this yr, i dont see why he wouldn't

But besides Howard and Hill when he is healthy, the Magic stink. Just because they need a shooter doesn't mean that he can just step in and be a difference maker. Are you saying that he wouldn't be better on a Phoenix or Dallas, a team that has multiple scoring options so the defence doesn't just focus on one or two guys?

Don't look now, but JJ just took Keith Bogans' backup SG spot on the Magic depth chart.

But my opinion is my opinion and I will argue it until I am blue in the face...

Reddick is one of the best SHOOTERS to come out of the ACC; not necessarily one of the best players. Lofton has become more than just a shooter, and in his junior year.

 

The jury is still out as to which will be the best pro.

But my opinion is my opinion and I will argue it until I am blue in the face...

Well in this point in their careers I would say they are just about even, when both were juniors. But I think Lofton by next year, will end up being the better. Lofton IMO is much more clutch than Reddick...
