I think Brandon Rash played an excellent game for the Indians. This kid is a sophomore, and may be one of the best defenders in the region. He has given Preston Knowles fits all season and again tonight Knowles got most of his 16 when Rash wasn't in the game. If Bart takes the cuffs off this kid on the offensive end I think the sky is the limit.

Exactly what I thought. Brandon was the lone bright spot for the Indians. He did a great job guarding Knowles and by his senior year he should be a highly regarded player.

Brandon does have a very bright future and I agree, may be one of the best on the ball defenders in the region. However, I can gurantee Bart hasn't put any restrictions on him on the offensive end. If you don't believe me, ask any of his teamates how many times this season Bart has told him he needs to look to score more. You have to realize that he is the only sophomore playing in a rotation with juniors and seniors and he doesn't have a real aggressive personality. I think he defers to his teamates far too often. He has shown flashes of brilliance at times this year and I think he has a couple of very good years in front of him. I know I'm looking forward to watching him play for the Indians for the next two years.

One thing I forgot to mention about the game. Tristian Jones and 3 other students sang the Nation Athem before the game. Was great:thumb: Tristian not only made all Region in Basketball but also All State in chorus. He has committed to play football at Western. Super great kid.:ylsuper: Proud of you big guy.:thumb:

Yes he is great kid...not real sure but I know he got 1st or 2nd in All State team in Football too.

He has been an excellent example for the younger kids on that team. Great kid. Great influence .:thumb:

I'm a graduate of Owsley County High, but we don't call our school William Owsley High School. Jackson County isn't Andrew Jackson High School. Just wondering.

We are the only school that I know of in the state of KY that has a different name on our jeresys of what the name of the school is. School is George Rogers Clark...GRC..... but on our uniforms it has Clark Co. When I first joined BGP no one called us GRC, but now most know who it is. If you look at the scoreboard you will have to look under GRC not Clark Co...any other school in the state like this???

The only other county that I can think of that uses the entire name of the person the county is named for is Kenton County with Simon Kenton High.

I live in Lewis Co and Lewis Co High School sure sounds better than Meriwether Lewis High School. GRC is not bad, I kinda like that.:ylsuper:

I like Clark. Gold Sunrise, wow, I was at the game as well and yes tristan sounded pretty good before the game and he looked really good on the floor. I am thinking about taking a ride on the Clark bandwagon as well. Good luck to Clark in the regions. Go Clark. I just wanted to see how many times I could say Clark and not GRC.
