Game is at Henry for the 31st district championship, who wins?

Gallatin by 15.

I don't know that I go 15. Henry County lost on a missed shot at the buzzer at Gallatin in January. I say it's within 5 points either way.

henry hands down there is no way gc could beat henry by 15. henry had about 30 turnovers at gc and still only lost by one. if the refs call the game like they are supposed to it will be a knock down drag out but in the end i think henry will come out on top. the team that plays the game with all 5 players will win. gallatin has very nice team chemistry except for one player. one player cannot beat 5:argue:

No matter the outcome of the game, nice to play the district finals on the court where the regional is held!

This game is too close to call, Henry will have a homecourt advantage so they will give Gallatin all they can handle.

 

I think Gallatin really wants to have this title so I will pick GC by 3.

Not sure who you are referring to and don't want to know. At times, they have not played to their ability. The Owen County game is one of the few games that they played a full 32 minutes.

It all depends on what team shows up for Gallatin. If they bring there 'A' game there is no question there 10-15 points better than Henry. It sure would be nice if the regional tournament wasn't held at Henry every year. They need to clean that place up, paint it white, brighten up the lights, replace the 1960's scoreboard, re-finish that court, and how about some locker rooms and restrooms inside the 21st century. What a dump!

30 turnovers caused by good defense. For some strange reason, whenever Gallatin wins, opposing fans/parents like to blame officiating. When Henry beat Gallatin early in season(1st win over Gallatin in 4 years), officiating had nothing to do with it. Henry simply outplayed Gallatin that night. The Henry County team that beat Gallatin early in the season certianly does not look like the same team that stuggled to beat Carroll County on Wednesday night. But guess what? All of that goes out the window on Saturday night. I look for a very physical game in which Henry Co. has home court advantage.I hope Gallatin repeats as 31st District champs. Will be very interesting to see if Henry County can "bring" as many fans to thier home court as Owen Co. or Gallatin Co. did on Wednesday. It is not very often that you see that kind of turnout for first round 31st District games.

By the way, Gallatin's chemistry is fine. That is the same chemistry that outscored Owen Co. 32-12 down the stretch two nights ago. Good luck to both teams and coaches.

I agree on the locker rooms and the lights. I happen to think that the scoreboard is very unique.

No other gymnasium seats enought to hold it.

Gallatin by 3. I happen to like the nostalgic look of HC and the poor lighting reminds me of my own gym.

Most of the players I talk to all really like to play there for some reason.

They need to at least get a score board that shows the player fouls..it is so dark in there I am not sure how the kids see the basket.

 

If Eminence will hold the ALL A then Gallatin or Carroll has to be big enough for the district.
