Nice to see pictures and nice for the Augusta fans to give these boys the credit they deserve. For a small school and community these people are really "fan"atical about being a Panther!

Sophomore Chris Mofford came up huge at both ends of the floor tonight. Chris altered many St. Pat attempts in the lane and sank 2 huge FTs at the end to clinch the Panthers 2nd straight regional birth.

 

He's the truth fellas! By the way, ask him who straightened his free throws out. If you remember URIT, he missed several in an eighth grade game down the stretch against Saint Patrick in Deming a couple years ago.

I do remember... After missing the easy shots he did in the 4th there was no doubt in my mind that he would knock those down. He has a very nice touch.

Congrats to Coach Kelsch and the Panthers, a big win for the small river school. The town exudes team pride and this was a big win for Coach Kelsch!!!
