That's cool, and I agree....but how is their resume so great...they are 0-6 against the Top 25...ready to be 0-7...IFF they lose to UGA as well, and first round SEC.....that would put them at 3-7, last ten, 0-7 against the Top 25...and so forth....not that great....9 seed at best.

If you are going to look at record vs Top 25 it has to be RPI. The committee does not look at polls...
February 25, 200719 yr The zebra's absolutely swallowed their whistle on the last rebound and put back try but that did not cost us this game, our stupid play cost us this game. They didn't want Morris to be more of a goat buy missing the FT....in reality that is a no call situation....Duke -vs- IU, 2002 tourney, was the same scenario...I was there, and didn't complain then.

BUT...In a case like Louisville's I would venture "one eye" will be shown Louisville's way...their RPI would likely garner them a 6-7 seed, but they are playing like a 4-5 seed.

Your RPI means close to nothing. They use RPI for Top 25, 50 and 100 record and very little else...

If they don't Florida or the SEC Finals can save them. It's a resume right in the pile with A LOT of others right now...

A lot of big followings in that same pile as well. This isn't a low level Bowl Game and most of the site are sold out or very close already for the first weekend. If that's all you can fall back on, we might be looking at Blue Bloody Sunday in 14 days...
