I don't know if anybody read the Courier-Journal yesterday, but it said that Pitino had told Sosa and a few other people that Jerry was going to hit a game-winner. If you watch that link I posted, you can see Rick pointing at someone like "I told you so."

This was more of a buzzer beater than Gaines' shot a few years ago, but the hairs on the back of my head stand up listening to the call for that one, too.

The 'hefty dude' is Pitino's personal assistant. Pitino was after him because he was leaving the court, but the refs were still reviewing whether the shot would count.

I noticed that, who was that guy? It looked liked Pitino didn't want anybody speaking to the refs at that point besides himself.

His personal assitant I am told.

Also noticed that Smith puts that lady in her seat during his celebration. She does not look happy...
