About what was expected a 16-point win for the Mustangs. They will take on Spencer Co. for the title tomorrow night.

49-33 final, North.

Unathletic North got out hot early. Just too much skill. Turns out the ability to put the ball in the basket is an important skill. Coaching in the 4th quarter… Woodford ran absolutely nothing in the half court besides get the ball to Jointer and pray.

You are correct on all accounts.

Yes, it was a horrible night.

According to the Courier-Journal, only 3 players for Woodford County scored and they only had 33 points. Jointer had 23 and a friend who watched the game said he banked in two 3-pointers.

is North Oldham’s defense that good or Woodford County’s offense that bad?!

I watched some of this game. Woodford just never get anything going on offense. Never looked comfortable. North was the aggressor start to finish on both ends.

Just an extremely disorganized basketball team. I did not see a single half court set ran by them until the 3rd quarter. Looks like AAU, they just walk onto the court and play.

Its unfortunate because Jointer is the truth too.

What you read in the CJ is a fact.  Woodford has no offense, I was at the game.  I had saw Woodford twice this year, including the game they beat Madison Central.  This team looked like they had never played a HS game before.  Just bad to the bone.
