The Rams special teams may cost them another game!

Bears already down to the Rams 32 with 1:24 left in the game.

Down to the 14 with :44 to play.

It is now 3rd and 4 with :30 seconds to play.

It comes down to a 4th and 4 from the 14 with :36 to play.

The Bears have a timeout I would just try and pick up the first down and then take 2 to 3 shots at the endzone.

Extra point is good tied at 17 with :18 to play.

NFL playoff overtime guarantees both teams a possession, unlike the regular season, with 15-minute periods played until a winner emerges; if tied after the first period, play continues into a second, and so on, with a two-minute intermission between periods, and no ties are allowed, meaning games can go into multiple overtimes until a score decides it. 

Key Rules

Sudden Death (After Both Possessions): If the score is still tied after both teams have had a possession, the game becomes sudden death, ending on any score (touchdown, field goal, or safety).

Multiple OTs: If still tied, play continues into subsequent 15-minute overtime periods.

Intermissions: A 2-minute intermission occurs between overtime periods (no full halftime).

Coin Toss: The winner of the initial coin toss receives the ball first; the loser of that toss gets to choose possession or end to defend in the second OT if needed, notes Yahoo Sports.

Timeouts: Each team gets three timeouts per overtime "half" (two 15-minute periods), and two-minute warnings are active. 

No Ties: Playoff games cannot end in a tie; they continue until a winner is decided.

Guaranteed Possession: Both teams get a chance to possess the ball in the first overtime period.

15-Minute Periods: Each overtime period is 15 minutes long, like a regular quarter.

How it Works in Practice
Coin Toss: Determines who gets the ball first.
First Possession: Team A gets the ball.
If Team A scores a touchdown, they win.
If Team A scores a field goal, Team B gets a chance to possess the ball to tie or win.
If Team A doesn't score, Team B gets the ball.
If Still Tied: Play goes to a second overtime period, with a new coin toss for possession (loser of the first OT toss chooses), and continues until a winner is found. 

That touchdown pass by Williams may be the best touchdown I’ve seen in the NFL playoffs. 

The Bears won the toss and chose to kickoff so they can see after the Rams drive if they need 3 or 7 to tie.

Probably only Patrick Mahomes would be the other quarterback who could have made that throw.

Off Williams’s back foot, that ball traveled at least 50 yards.
