Steelers win the North and will host the Texans! Who do you think wins and why? Monday night football!!!

Texans in this one. Their defense is to good.

The Texans are a 3 point favorite. 

Texans don't have much of a run game. This game will be a defensive battle for sure. Steelers for the most part are healthy. Washington is out at TE.

Here is an interesting stat I came across for which ever teams wins Monday night. Since it began back 2021 only one team has won the Monday game and won the next week. However the one team to win on Monday night and win the next week was the first year back 2021 it was the Rams and they of course went on to win the Super Bowl that season by defeating the Bengals.

Give me the Steelers, just feel like AR has one more win in him.

Steelers defense has 2 tacklers with over 120 tackles  Texans have one over 100. Steelers have more sacks and interceptions! 

Should've had added some context. Texans defense is to good for Pittsburgh's offense to overcome.

You are exactly correct our old friend Madden is drinking the yellow Kool-aid! 

First the reason he did not add context is because of  the two areas he listed one is not even correct. The true stat when it comes to defensive interceptions for the season the Steelers only have 15 as compared to the Texans 19. The reason there was not more  context on the sacks is because the difference is only 1 sack. The Steelers have 48 and the Texans have 47.

Now here are the facts as  to why yourself @Breds82and me and most all football people say the Texans have the better defense and it is not really close.

Now as Bengal fans we are anywhere from 28-32 in all of these categories and that is a big reason why we are sitting at again this year. Unlike some with yellow colored glasses on I as a life long Bengals fan can without any problem address issue that our team needs to address.

Feels good to get some street cred. Thank you. I don’t dive into numbers or analytics, but I watch enough and read enough about the games to make a pretty good educated decision.

So far the higher seeds are 2-3. The question is after tonight will it go to 3-3 or 2-4?
