Easy win for the Lions!

Can the Steelers defense shut down the Lions rushing attack like they did Achane and the Dolphins? The Steelers need this to be a low scoring game to have a chance to win.

If Watt plays they will have a shot but if he does not I think it will be tough. The Lions have two #1 backs in Montgomery and Gibbs.

Not even close. The Dolphins have the 14th ranked rushing attack and you played them at home in subfreezing temperatures. The Lions have the 5th best rushing attack and will be at home in the dome on the fast turf. Also the Lions have the #1 scoring offense and the Dolphins only have the #23 scoring offense.

JJ is retired. TJ is recovering from the lung issue. Sawyer will start in his place.

Thanks I would not be surprised if TJ joins him before long.

Steelers get a 59-yard FG from Boswell to go up 3-0. The Lions have a good drive and have it first and goal from the 4 and turn it over on downs. I don't about Campbell sometimes I can see going for it on a 4th and goal from the 1 but take the sure points from the 3.

The Lions after both teams have had 3 drives each have over 50 more yards more than 5 minutes more in time of possession but in the only stat that matters is the score and it is still 3-3 with 10 minutes left in the first half.

I did not realize until Jim Nantz said it just now that the Steelers have ran the fewest number of offensive plays of any team in the NFL but they are 8-6 so it isn't a big deal as of now.
