By far the most versatile of the finalists. He can run, catch, defend, and return kicks all at a high level. I think that versatility is his strongest case for being in contention.

They went to the Semi's and gave South Warren all they wanted.  Had Savage played, who knows - maybe Ryle would have been in the State Championship game for the second straight year. 

We were missing both our inside LB's for that game. It certainly would have been a different game with 2 of the best run stoppers in the entire state playing. Considering Ryle was up 1 at half without them, I'd like to think they would have won a close one with Jacob Savage and Kai Workman.
