Another close one... Augusta beat the Bears at Bracken last year to spoil homecoming.. Bracken beat Augusta twice already this year... Coach Kelsch hopes that the 3rd time is definately a charm!

Hopefully (for me that is) this will become a repeat of last year and Augusta interrupts the night after 2 losses earlier in the season.

Awfully hard to beat a team for the 3rd time... but it will happen here. Bracken by 3.

I believe Bracken will take this one as well. The bears have let a couple slide and are really looking for a win to get back on their feet. As for the 2OT comment I sure hope not Bracken has a losing record overall in 2OT.

3rd time is a charm, especially to spoil a homecoming.

Augusta played Covington Latin tonight and won 77-27. The score isn't the issue here. The point is that Augusta played a game where they were able to see offenses and defensive schemes work in the flow of the game. This could help them play with more confidence and the 3rd time could be the charm. The 39th district draw tomorrow morning could also be a factor in the game. I'm looking forward to an awesome atmosphere and another tight game.

I'm giving up going to Mason - Boone girls to see this one. I think it will be another classic. Another Mt. Dew and Slim Jim supper.
