Gallatin county is going to be the surprise team. Josh Giles, Scott Brown, Jeremy Nunn, Brad Noel, Trent Maddox, JR Davis. This will be the first time in years that Gallatin will feild an uppercalss team. I wouldn't count them about they are going to be good!

I,m glad Nunn gets to play after sitting out a year. He started every game

for Owen Co. as a freshman, 3 HR,s good pitcher.

Gallitin Co. won't be a suprise to me. They have a lot of talent. The 31st

District will be strong. Henry Co. should be pretty good. they have a good

Jr. class. Pitching will be the key.

I have heard that both Welch brothers will be taking the field this year for the Panthers. I think Keith's bat will be a good asset for the team.

Keith Welch will definitely help out the Panthers. I hear that he can hit a ball a mile if he wanted. Look forward to seeing him play this coming season.

I know of one good pitcher, Hopperton.

Henry Co. has a very strong Jr. class with Lyons and Cox on the mound they will be very strong. Last year they did well with a new coach and now they have a very strong schedule with St. X at home and going to Trinity, they will be district contenders.

Parrot will be all SK has this year. He is a stud though.

 

Any word on how long he's out with the shoulder?? Did he have it scoped or is it a major injury?

I agree with Gallatin's assessment. Giles is a strong pitcher.

That's what I was afraid of...looks like I got to play on the last two most talented/highest potential teams in both sports(baseball/basketball).

Yea Hopperton is a good pitcher. But Kyle lynn, Justin Conrad, John Sartwell, Josh Jones, and Justin Mcyntire are not playing this year. Three of witch are seniors and four all strated varsity at one point.

That's a shame. Especially with the new facility. I hear it's very nice. Any specific reasoning on them not playing this year?

I heard tonight he is out until at least July . He is hoping to get looked at playing summer ball and get a chance at college that way .
