⚔️ ?⚪| Really good game for about three quarters. Sayre outscored Holy Cross 27-6 after the Cougars held a 1Q lead. The reigning champs look like a contender again.

Final per the broadcast.

Good win Sayre. Louisville Holy Cross still without Pennebaker?

Pennebaker won’t be coming back. And that’s all that needs to be said…….

The Cougars played a great game IMO. Sayre looked very undisciplined with the personal fouls and taunting penalties. Coach Pennington will definitely address that on Monday. A good win for Sayre before they get three consecutive running clocks before the Halloween finale against Middlesboro. The gauntlet doesn’t get easier for HC, with a trip across town to KCD followed by welcoming Campbellsville on the 17th.

They was my dark horse pick is the reason I’m asking. Hopefully the backup can help fill the void. He had a nice game against Bullitt Central.

Jason Frakes of Courier-Journal reported he transferred to Valley but hadn't been ruled eligible by KHSAA. He didn't play in Valley's last game so not sure when he'll be ruled eligible or not.

No way I’d put my faith in khsaa on being a senior switching mid year. Hope and pray for him to get eligible.
