Since SK is so stong this year it wouldn't matter where the district is played because none of the other 3 schools have a chance to beat them.

Having recently seen them play, I'd have to say "Yes" they can win the region!! I'd agree with those who say Simon Kenton should be the favorite, based on the way they've been playing and getting Michael back. They sure gave Brossart all they wanted at the All "A", and while BB hasn't played SK, they did scrimmage this year. Probably meaningless, although SK won by 6-8, as BB was without Cooper and Mutsch? They're very deep, which is important late in the year, especially in a "several games in a row" type format such as the regionals. Good luck to them!!

Haven't kept up with the 8th lately but sounds like competition is pretty mediocore. Does shelby have anything or is Simon Kenton gonna walk through this??

The region is never a "walk", it won't be easy for SK but I think we'll know a little more after Friday's game in Shelbyville.

I agree with you that it isn't likely that they will walk through the region, but they could go through the region without having to play a close game.
