Nationals trade pitchers Andrew Chaffin and Luis Garcia to the Angels for 2 players.

Baseball is amazing.  For the last 2 seasons, Baltimore was one of the best teams in the majors.  2 years ago, Arizona was in the World Series and they are now both big time sellers.  Crazy how things can change when it comes time for teams to have to pay up.
