Arizona has traded 1B Josh Naylor to Seattle for rookie LHP Brandyn Garcia and pitching prospect Aston Izzi

Colorado traded 3B Ryan McMahon to the Yankees for 2 pitching prospects.

Baltimore traded RP Gregory Soto to the Mets for 2 minor leaguers.

Washington traded Utility man Amed Rosario to the Yankees for 2 minor leaguers.

Arizona traded OF Randal Grichuk to Kansas City for a minor leaguer.

Are the Reds going to do anything at all?

St. Louis trades SP Erik Fredde to Atlanta for cash or a player to be named later.

Reports are they are "aggressively" looking for a bat and bullpen arm. We shall see. 

Yankees trade SP Carlos Carrasco to Atlanta for cash.

Twins trade SP Chris Paddack to the Tigers for a couple minor leaguers.

I’m hearing Marcell Ozuna is the bat they’re after.  An injury has hampered him lately.

Reds have prospects that they see are either far away or never really going to help them that they can use to secure someone better than Ozuna. 
 

No reason they can’t get a big time bat like Luis Robert and a couple relievers without breaking the farm. Chase Petty, Serwinowski, and Edwin Arroyo are prospects who fit that mold that will bring back some quality. 
 

Dream deadline for me is an infielder (Ramon Urias, Ke’Bryan Hayes), a hitting outfielder/DH (Robert, Taylor Ward), and 1-2 relievers.

You guys are far more knowledgeable than me, but Ch. 5 tonight seemed to strongly hint Reds were working on a package for Suarez.  Maybe????

Pair of moves for the Rays, they trade C Danny Jansen to Milwaukee for a prospect, then acquire C Nick Fortes from Miami for a minor leaguer.
