Did DelaCruz make a mental error in 11th after a great hustle infield single?  Larkin seemed to think so and he rarely criticizes.

Burns could be really good, he was pretty exciting to watch early on.

I think Elly had a brain fart on that play in the 11th, luckily it ended up not mattering.

I love that The CW shows a game every Tuesday night.

He absolutely did.  He thought they won it as he forgot the Yankee's scored in the top half. He should have scored the game winner on the wild pitch.

 

I want more fundamental soundness and focus out of Elly. My biggest pet peeve is the double pat and crow step throws. Two times in recent weeks he has been too non chalant on ground balls, patted his glove and tried to use a 100 mph throw to get the out only to have the runner beat his throw. Just do it the right way, catch the ball and come up throwing.
