Coach Adams is a Bowling Green native. Greenwood High School grad who spent time on the coaching staff at Portland High School in Portland, TN and has been on staff at Greenwood High School since 2020, most recently serving as linebackers coach and defensive coordinator.

Congratulations and good luck to Coach Adams and the Royals!

Very, very solid hire for Mason County!

Great to hear and congrats Coach Adams!

Great hire by the Royals. Coach Adams has paid his dues, shown that he has a solid grasp of all aspects of the game, has been a coordinator at a 5A school in the highly competitive Bowling Green area, and has been primed to become a Head Coach. He is a steal for Mason Co.!

I've seen several social media posts where the locals wanted someone already in the community and are bashing the hire.

Take note of who is bashing this hire in social media. They need to do some homework before knocking the hire before he even gets there. Sounds like a great pick up by Mason County.
