St. X and Trinity will square off today at Valley HS at 4:00 pm.

Trinity advanced to the championship after cruising over Butler 65-46.

St. X advanced to the championship after Jeremiah Jackson hit a last second shot to get the 61-59 win over Ballard.

Last year, these two teams met in the LIT championship and St. X won on a controversial last second basket that looked like it was after the buzzer on video. Regardless of today's outcome they will play the regular season game on 1/26 at Bellarmine University.

I'll be at the game today and provide some updates. Also, the LIT is using a shot clock so that will be interesting to see how it impacts the game.

Can you post a video of the shot? 

Should be a close one with Trinity get most of, if not all their guys healthy. The team that can impose their still more efficiently will win this one. Trinity has some length and physicality that could be a problem for the Tigers.
