My goodness the guy walked no ran with the ball in the lane no call and Vandy hits a 3 to lead 71-69 with 1:36 to play. Timeout Kentucky.

Terrible turnover by Butler. I would feel a lot better with the ball in Robinson or Oweh's hands in that situation. The defense needs a stop big time here.

Butler's worst game as a Wildcat?

The defense gets the stop but did not get the rebound and then another turnover we just collapsed the last 1:30 and looks like we are going home with a loss in a game that was very winnable!

I did not like Pope playing Williams in that last minute and a half.

I suppose Pope wanted to reward Noah for giving effort in the first half? Yes, UK got the stop, but Noah getting beat allowed for poor positioning to get a rebound. There is still little evidence UK can get a stop when they really need one.

Going to the isolation offense the last couple minutes also not good IMO.

It is now 74-69 Vandy with one more FT to go and just :24 seconds to play.

That last play shows why UK lost this game. Not enough effort and intensity.
