What a disaster for IU to end the half.

Florida giving Ole Miss all they want, 14 all nearing the half.

Miami just up 6 on Wake at the half 20-14.

I think Miami loses today or next week to Syracuse.

OSU is crushing Indiana.  Games like this are another reason why I would like to see the playoffs expanded.  In other words, 13-16 are for pretender teams like IU. 

Should IU after a loss like this, against their only decent opponent, be knocked out of playoff consideration?

If Ole Miss loses, that will definitely help IU keep their spot in the CFP.

Yes, but they won’t because they are in the Big Ten.

That is why I suggest an expansion already so the powers that be can put the pretenders in the 13-16 slots and at least maintain some sense of validity.

I'll bet anything next contract will go to 16.

I sure hope so JD.  Now that everyone can see how much better this makes college football I don't see anyway it doesn't happen.  And, it makes me a little extra angry about all the college football powers that be from the past that were all anti-expansion for selfish reasons while they acted like they knew what they were talking about what was best for everyone.
